Az épület irodahelyiségeinek rezsije éves átlagban egy m2-re vetítve kb. 1.300 Ft+áfa.

A bérleti díjon és a rezsi költségen, valamint a kérhető fix parkolók díján kívül más költség a bérlőt nem terheli.

Az első havi bérleti díj és két havi kaució letétele mellett az iroda azonnal használatba vehető.

Budapest XVII. district, at the end of Pesti út, approx.15 minute drive from the city center of Rákoskeresztúr, a 9 m2 office for rent on the 1st floor of an office building located few minutes by car from the Maglód-Rákoskeresztúr, highway 31 (48) exit of the M0 ring road.

The office is bright, oriented to the east, and is for rent unfurnished.
The interior height is 275 cm.

The office is located on the 1st floor of the 2-story building without an elevator - in the layout according to the floor plan.
From the corridor there is a women's and a men's restroom, as well as a kitchenette, which is shared by the tenants of the offices.

The building is well maintained, the area is tidy.

PARKING OPTION is also provided on the site, next to the building. In the area closed with a barrier, the price of the uncovered permanent parking lot is HUF 5,000 + VAT/month, the covered parking lot is HUF 10,000 + VAT/month.

SECURITY OF THE BUILDING IS ENSURED through security cameras and a remote monitoring service.

For INTERNET SUBSCRIPTION, the tenant concludes a contract independently, cabling is provided, connection is practically immediate. The service providers Activcom and Telekom have coverage in the area.

Apart from the rental fee and utility costs, as well as the fee for the fixed parking spaces that can be requested, no other costs are charged to the tenant.

Upon payment of the first month's rent and two months' deposit, the office can be used immediately.
